Auctioneer observations: The truck was driven by auction staff from the Twin Cities area to Mankato with no notable problems, no dash warning indicators, interior upholstery has been protected by heavy duty seat covers. We did not remove the covers but peeked underneath and appears to be gray in color. This truck is in great condition and has good rubber all around. No professional mechanical check has been made. Bidders should personally inspect the vehicle to confirm its overall condition. This vehicle has clean title in-hand ready to transfer, and is sold AS IS WHERE IS with NO RESERVE.

All assets are sold AS IS WHERE IS and in-person inspection to verify condition is always recommended. Vehicles can be started during inspection to observe whatever can be observed in a running state. Insurance restrictions do not permit test drives.
PAYMENT: Bank wire transfer due within 24 hrs. of close of auction. Bank wire transfers carry an additional $20.00 fee.
Cash payments can be accepted are due at time of removal.
Wire Transfer instructions will be given to the winning bidder after the close of the auction.
All titles clean, in-hand, and ready to transfer. Title transfer will be handled directly by Dailey Realty and Auction Service at the time you come to pick up the vehicle.
Transfer fees and tax will be paid separately by you, directly to the North Mankato DMV at time of pickup. Have your insurance, driver's license, and/or dealer's license with you when you come to pick up and transfer title.
REMOVAL: Purchases that are not removed by your pre-arranged appointment time will be deemed ‘abandoned’ under the terms of this auction and may incur additional bidding privilege restrictions by K-BID. Payment for titled assets to be made by wire transfer or cash ONLY payable to Dailey Realty and Auction Service no later than Tuesday, August 25th at 4:00 p.m. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to winning bidder at the close of this auction and carry an additional $20.00 bank fee.
BUYER’S PREMIUM of 15% with a $1,500.00 cap will be added to all purchases.

Bidder understands that in-person inspections are critical in their determination of value when bidding and are urged to do so BEFORE advancing their bids at the end of the auction. The assets are located in the Mankato MN area and inspections are by appointment only by contacting Affiliate Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 for time and location. The location is NOT the same as the Auctioneer's business address!
During inspection vehicles can be started to observe what can be determined in a running state. Test drives are NOT available due to insurance restrictions. Photos should be considered as part of the description. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY and no refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be offered!

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
