By registering and bidding in any auction contracted by Timeless Treasures MN, you agree to be bound by both K-BID’s User Agreement and the Terms and Conditions set forth below. Please read all terms carefully prior to bidding.
PAYMENTS
Payment may be made online through your K-BID account using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). To submit payment, log in to your K-BID account, navigate to your dashboard, select your invoice, and complete payment. All credit card payments are processed through Square. `
We accept Cash payments on site.
For invoices totaling $1,000 or more, you must pay by cash, wire transfer, or cashier’s check. We do not accept credit cards for payments exceeding this amount.
ITEM CONDITION AND DESCRIPTIONS
Timeless Treasures MN makes every effort to provide accurate photographs and item descriptions. However, all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Buyer accepts the item with all existing flaws, visible damage, and hidden defects. Timeless Treasures MN disclaims all liability and offers no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind about the quality, safety, or performance of an item, expressed or implied.
Unless noted, all items are in used condition and may show signs of use and wear.
Item descriptions may be generated using artificial intelligence. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, discrepancies may occur. Photographs constitute a critical part of the item description and should be inspected for condition, quantity, and details. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to carefully review all photographs and descriptions prior to bidding. All display tools used in photos are not included with any lot.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person before bidding to verify condition. Schedule an inspection appointment by calling or texting us at (612) 405-3399. We are also available to answer any questions by phone about an items in our auction.
REMOVAL DAY
If you are unable to honor the pick up day and times posted, please do not bid.
Removal day is not an inspection day. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect their items prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued if items don’t meet expectations due to bidder’s failure to inspect before auction close.
After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be reported to K-BID as NO SHOWS and items will be considered abandoned.
Items paid for but not picked up on removal day will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that all their purchased items are accounted for at the time of pickup. When you sign your paperwork, you attest that you have verified, accepted, and removed the items on your invoice.
Buyers must bring all necessary tools, equipment, and labor required for item removal. Timeless Treasures MN staff does not provide loading or removal assistance.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Pay Your invoice: Log in to your K-BID account and pay your invoice online on your Dashboard. Nothing happens until your invoice is paid.
Request Shipping: Go to Manage Invoice and request shipping. Shipping must be requested no more 24 hours after the auction pick up day.
Wait for Your Shipping Invoice: Once your initial payment is received, please allow up to 5 business days after the auction's removal date for us to prepare your items for shipping.
Receive & Pay Shipping Invoice: After we calculate the shipping cost, we will send a separate invoice to the email address associated with your K-BID account. You can pay for shipping directly through that email.
Item Shipment: Once your shipping invoice is paid, we will promptly ship your item.
Large Lots and Heavy Items: Shipping these items will be expensive. We do not set the rates. Plan for pickup or don't bid if shipping costs are an issue. There will be no refund on the item(s) purchased if you do not pay your shipping invoice.
We do not ship to alternative addresses:The default address on your K-BID account will be used. Make sure it is accurate.
SHIPPING TERMS:
When Buyer requests shipping, Buyer is taking on all responsibility for that item(s) being shipped and the item(s)'s condition throughout the delivery process. of the If the item(s) are damaged for any reason in the delivery process, affiliate and or K-BID itself will not and shall not be held responsible for that item(s) damages within the shipping process. No refunds will be issued. Insurance is included in your shipping invoice. You may make a claim with the delivery company.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards onsite for transactions up to $1000.
For any purchases over $1000, payment must be made in cash or by cashier’s check.

Pay your Invoice Online to expedite your pickup, or choose the option to Pay Onsite.
Set a Removal Appointment to expedite your pick up and minimize your wait time.

Check your invoice to be sure you have the correct lots and you have all your items before you leave. After Pick-Up day, all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and become the property of Timeless Treasures MN.
