Lot Description: Lot of four hardcover cookbooks spanning vintage reference, brand-name recipes, and modern baking:

• The Culinary Arts Institute Cookbook — red hardcover encyclopedia-style reference. The cover advertises over 4,400 recipes with more than 500 color photographs, plus special sections for microwave ovens, woks, fondues, crocks, crepe pans, outdoor grills, chafing dishes, and food processors. Condition: Fair — this is the most worn book in the lot. The spine is frayed and split at both the head and tail with the covering lifting, corners are bumped, and the boards show rubbing along the edges. A small yellow dot sticker is on the spine. Text block is intact.

• Pillsbury Annual Recipes 2009, including Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest Winners — hardcover. Condition: Good, clean covers with light shelf wear.

• Baker Bettie's Better Baking Book by Kristin Hoffman — classic baking techniques and recipes for building baking confidence. Hardcover. Condition: Good, but please note a strip of clear tape running along the top edge of the front cover.

• TOTS! by Dan Whalen (Workman) — 50 tater tot recipes from totchos to sweet po-tot-o pie, with a cover blurb from J. Kenji López-Alt. Hardcover. Condition: Good, clean and tight.

All four are complete and readable. Sold together as one lot of four.

Shipping: Most small items can be shipped for a fee — please contact us to make arrangements. Otherwise, local pickup only.
