Auction Management & General Terms

This auction is contracted and managed by BFOBids. All sales are final, sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults, and without warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.

• Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate in this auction.
• Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Removal day is not an inspection day.
• Descriptions may be generated or assisted by automated tools; bidders are bidding on the actual item shown in the photos, and photos supersede text descriptions in the event of an inadvertent typographical error.

Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax

• A 15% Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots (capped at $1,500.00 per item).
• Applicable Kansas state and local sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale exemption certificate (Form ST-28A) or qualifying agricultural/entity exemption certificate is emailed to biddersupport@bfobids.com and verified prior to settlement.

Payment Terms

• Under $5,000: Must be paid through your K-BID Dashboard via major credit card prior to removal.
• $5,000 or Greater: Must be paid via certified cashier’s check or bank wire transfer ($20 wire fee applies). Personal checks are not accepted.
• If a credit card payment is authorized over $5,000.00 at management discretion, a 3.5% convenience fee will apply. By providing a credit card for payment, the bidder authorizes BFOBids to charge the card on file and expressly waives the right to initiate any credit card chargebacks.
• Deadline: All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of auction close. Unpaid invoices past this window will be reported as no-shows, resulting in suspended bidding privileges per K-BID policy.

Removal, Loading & Storage Policy

Removal Location: Warehouse B - 130 S Main St, Buhler, KS 67522.
Scheduled pickup times are firm. Winning bidders must check in before loading merchandise. If sending a third party to pick up items, they must present a copy of the paid invoice.

Forklift & Handling Support: A $10 flat equipment handling rate applies for forklift loading assistance with heavy machinery, implements, and crated items. This helps offset our dedicated labor and equipment operating costs. BFOBids assumes no liability for damages occurring during load-out or transit. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring transport vehicles or trailers are rated for the equipment and securely tied down. BFOBids reserves the right to decline loading any setup deemed unsafe. Buyers and their agents are responsible for any damage caused to the premises or other property during the removal of their items.

Late Pickup & Abandonment: All items must be picked up within 5 business days of auction close. Items remaining past this window without prior written approval will incur a storage fee of $15.00 per lot, per day. Any merchandise remaining past 10 calendar days from auction close will be deemed abandoned, ownership will revert entirely to BFOBids, and lots will be resold or disposed of with no refunds issued.

Communications

By participating in this auction, bidders grant BFOBids permission to send SMS text messages and emails regarding invoices, removal reminders, load-out appointments, and auction updates. Message and data rates may apply. Bidders may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
