All items are sold as is/as described. There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS for items purchased. Please do not bid on items that you are unable to pickup during the scheduled hours, unless you have made prior arrangements directly with me.

Payments: We accept cash, and credit card. Card payments may be made online via K-BID or in person during pickup. Payments are due by the end of removal date.
Unpaid invoices: Unpaid invoices will be marked as a No-Show at the conclusion of the removal dates. Your account may be disabled from bidding on K-BID.
IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned, unless previously arranged directly with us.
Inspection: Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Refunds: Once you have picked up your item(s) and they have been removed from the auction site, refunds or returns will not be accepted. MVT Auctions is not responsible for missing or damaged items after they have been removed from the auction site. Please inspect your items BEFORE leaving the auction premises.
Release of liability: By participating in this auction, you release MVT Auctions of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Pay your K-bid invoice in your dashboard. Once paid we will send another from Square for the shipping charge.

***Please use the appointment calendar to select a slot for pickup. We will be loading people as best as possible based on their appointment slots. If you show up without an appointment--or early--you may have to wait until the queue is cleared. It's crucial that people use this feature so we can assist customers in an orderly fashion. It is NOT advised to show up right away in the morning without an appointment, as that is the busiest time!
Shipping is only available on items approved by the office prior to bidding.
Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day unless previously arranged.
Please make sure you are properly evaluating space needed! Come prepared with appropriate transfer vehicles, trailers, etc.
