Inspection Instructions: Boats can be previewed at any time listed in the inspection dates, found in the details section of the auction. Previews are encouraged! No appointment is necessary during those timeframes.
Removal Instructions: Removal for these boats will be between September 1-4. Payment and title work must be completed at the K-BID Corporate Office in Medina, MN prior to taking possession of the boat. Scheduled appointment time is for payment and title work at the Medina office. K-BID is acting as Dealer of Record for boats sold and will transfer the titles into the winning bidders name. Once payment and title work is complete, the boat will be removed at the warehouse where it is stored.
If using a bunk trailer for a pontoon/tri toon removal, please call 612-284-7052 to schedule boat pickup time. YBC will need to transport boat to Smith's Bay Marina.
Winterization/Storage: These services are available for an additional charge.
Shipping/Delivery: Delivery available. $150 + $2.50 per loaded mile.
Boats sold without trailers: Buyer is responsible for securing the correct trailer, please call with questions.

K-BID Online, Inc. will be acting as dealer for this sale DLR 24714 for boats sold in the state of MN. For boats sold in MN, MN buyers will pay registration/transfer fee's and sales tax and the titles will be transferred into your name.
Your Boat Club will manage title process with the buyer on all boats sold outside the state of MN.
Items in this auction are being sold with a reserve.

Inspection & Removal

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
