This is a large commercial flooring, contractor and warehouse liquidation featuring a wide variety of flooring materials, installation supplies, tools, equipment, shelving, pallet racking, retail fixtures and shop inventory.
Inventory includes hardwood and engineered flooring, LVP/LVT, porcelain and ceramic tile, carpet-related materials, flooring underlayment, trim and transitions, grout, mortar, adhesives, tack strip, Schluter products, contractor tools, commercial storage and much more.
Several lots contain large quantities of material, including project-size and contractor-size flooring lots. Flooring and supplies vary between new old stock, surplus inventory, partial/open boxes and remnants. Quantities and square footage are noted whenever available but should be considered approximate unless otherwise stated.
This auction also includes heavy-duty pallet racking, warehouse shelving, pegboard shelving/display systems, commercial showroom fixtures, storage cabinets, work surfaces, van shelving, shop equipment and other large commercial items.
IMPORTANT REMOVAL INFORMATION: Some lots are VERY LARGE AND HEAVY. Buyers are responsible for bringing the proper vehicle, trailers, tools, dollies, carts, equipment and adequate help to safely load their purchases. Staff may not be available to assist with loading. Please pay close attention to individual lot descriptions regarding disassembly and removal requirements.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect items on august 24 from 9 AM – 11:30 AM before bidding. Pick-up day is NOT inspection day.
While we strive to thoroughly inspect every item, bidders should evaluate items independently, as some imperfections may be present.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Payment Deadline
Payments must be completed before item removal—no items will be released until full payment is verified.
No Refunds or Chargebacks

An exception is if we are unable to locate your item at pick-up, in which case a refund will be issued.
Missed Payments & No-Show Policy
Failure to pay for won items before the end of the removal period may result in the forfeiture of those items.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or resold at the affiliate’s discretion.
Repeated non-payment or no-shows may result in account penalties or future bidding restrictions.
Auction Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule auctions at our discretion for any reason.
Liability Disclaimer

Items can be removed through the standard entry door - Or must be dissesmbled.
Parking:
Parking is limited. Please arrive during your scheduled pick-up time to help reduce congestion and wait times.
Packing Materials:
No packing supplies will be provided. Please bring your own boxes, totes, packing paper, blankets, straps, bubble wrap, and any other materials needed to safely transport your purchases.
Large & Heavy Items:
A dolly may be available for use; however, staff will not assist with lifting, loading, carrying, or transporting items. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help for large, heavy, or bulky purchases.
Missed Pick-Ups:
Items not removed during the scheduled pick-up period will be considered abandoned and marked as a No Show. Unclaimed items may be discarded, resold, or otherwise disposed of at the auction organizer's discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in bidding restrictions.
