Before You Bid
* Please review all photos and read each lot description carefully before placing a bid.
* Please bid only if you are able to pickup your purchases during the scheduled pickup date and time.
* Our pickup location has limited storage space and we are unable to hold purchases beyond the stated pickup period.
* Shipping: Kackshaws Auction does not currently offer shipping. All purchases must be picked up during the scheduled removal window.
Pickup & Removal
* Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all purchased items.
* Please bring any help, tools, equipment, boxes, or totes needed to safely remove your auction items.
* If a winning lot contains multiple items, all items included in that lot must be removed.

Before leaving the pickup location, please verify that:
* You have received the correct lot(s).
* All items included in your lot are present.
* The condition matches the auction description.
Once items have left the pickup location, we are unable to verify missing items, missing pieces, incorrect lots, or the condition of an item.

Terms & Conditions
By placing a bid, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
* Please review all photos and read the complete lot description carefully before bidding.
* All sales are final unless an item has been significantly misrepresented.
* Payment must be received by the end of the scheduled pickup window. Invoices not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup window will be processed as a No Show.
* Items not picked up within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup date, unless prior arrangements have been made with Kackshaws Auction, will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
* Ownership and responsibility for purchased items transfer to the buyer once payment has been completed and the items have been removed from the pickup location. Buyers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting their purchases before leaving the pickup location.
* Kackshaws Auction LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or misplaced after they have been removed from the pickup location.
* Kackshaws Auction LLC, the auction location, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during pickup or removal.
* If you discover a significant issue that could not reasonably have been identified during pickup, please contact Kackshaws Auction within five (5) calendar days of pickup. Items should not be repaired, altered, discarded, or modified before contacting us.
* Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to review your request. Once a decision has been made, we will contact you with the outcome and any next steps, if applicable.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
At this time, all purchases must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window listed for each auction.
Please bid only if you are able to pick up your purchases or arrange for someone else to pick them up on your behalf.
SHIPPING REQUESTS: In the event shipping is requested, shipping is not guaranteed and the request may be declined due to item size, quantity, packaging requirements, or availability of appropriate shipping materials. We will not ship orders requiring multiple boxes or separate shipments.
If a shipping request can be fulfilled:
The customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping plus a $13 handling fee.
Shipping and handling must be paid in full before the item is shipped and within 48 hours after the scheduled auction pickup closes.
Kackshaws Auction LLC is not responsible for items lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen during transit, and refunds will not be issued for shipping-related loss or damage.
Requesting shipping does not guarantee approval or extend the scheduled pickup/removal requirements.
Items are sold with the expectation that they will be picked up at the auction removal site on the scheduled pickup day.

In-person payment is preferred.
We do not accept personal checks.
Removal Information
* Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window.
* If you are unable to attend pickup, you are welcome to have someone else pick up your purchases on your behalf.
* Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all purchased items.
* Please bring any help, tools, equipment, boxes, totes, or packing materials needed to safely remove your purchases.
* Please inspect your purchases before leaving the pickup location and verify that you have received all items included in your winning lot(s).
* If you have any concerns about your purchase, please speak with a Kackshaws Auction team member before leaving so we have the opportunity to address the issue.
* Once items have left the pickup location, we are unable to verify missing items, missing pieces, incorrect lots, or the condition of any item.
* Items remaining after the 72-hour pickup period, unless prior arrangements have been made with Kackshaws Auction, will be considered abandoned.
