Escape to the breathtaking beauty of Voyagaire Lodge! Nestled between two national forests and one national park, the Crane Lake area is a pristine environment for adventure and outdoor enthusiasts. With over 386 miles of scenic riding, you can explore the forests between Crane Lake, Elephant Lake, Myrtle Lake, Pelican Lake, and more.
LODGE ROOM - ROOM #10 (2 queens)
Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats is located in Crane Lake, MN - a small, beautiful community with lots of local wildlife and scenery. The lodge features 15 rooms. You will have Room #10 with two queen beds and a large outdoor balcony with a slight lake view, perfect for a couple, two couples, or small family. This room has a minifridge, microwave, a small TV, and a large open area with a table and chairs. The lodge also includes and on-site bar and restaurant with lake views.
UTV RENTAL - 2 DAYS
Included with your room will be a Polaris 570cc 2 seater UTV. You will have it for a full 2 days (48 hours), starting on Friday, October 16th at 9am.
Access to the trails is straight out our back door, and you can see the state-of-the-art bridges, have a picnic, view the Vermillion Falls and many surrounding lakes.

Credit Card Payments Over $5,000: Credit card payments over $5,000 will be accepted but a 3% processing fee will apply.
"Item Removal" (Trips): Trips occur at Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats - Crane Lake, MN. You are responsible for getting to the resort on your designated "pick-up day" trip date.
No Shows: After the removal window closes, unpaid invoices will be marked as ‘No Shows.’ Bell Resorts Inc. reserves the right to determine whether, how, and to whom unsold auction items will be resold. If the winning bid is deemed invalid, the item will not automatically be offered to the next highest bidder.
Removal Assistance: Bell Resorts Inc. staff will not assist with item removal. Please bring adequate help, packaging materials, and appropriate transport for your auction items.
Refunds and Returns: Once trip occurs at the "auction site" Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats, refunds or returns are not accepted. Bell Resorts Inc. Inspect your items on-site and address any concerns with the auction manager or General Manager Scott Lennander before leaving.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Bell Resorts Inc. from any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the auction premises.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
