Lots must be picked up on removal date. Lots not paid for before before removal date will be forfited at the discretion of IAC.
If product is not picked up in 7 days (from original removal date) the lot will be forfeited and go back to Iowa Auction Company.
If no pick up arrangements have been made by 6pm on removal date items will be forfeited.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is at the expense and coordination of the buyer. Please contact Iowa Auction Company, if you are coordinating with a 3rd party shipper.
