Many items originate from estates, business liquidations, storage units, and consignments. Historical information, provenance, and item descriptions are provided when available but cannot be guaranteed.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Most items in this auction are eligible for shipping. Exceptions may include large furniture, oversized items, extremely fragile items, or lots specifically marked as "Local Pickup Only" in the item description.
If you require shipping, please note that shipping charges are not included in your K-BID invoice.
Items are typically shipped within 2-4 business days after both invoices have been paid. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Whenever possible, multiple items won within the same auction will be combined into one shipment to help reduce shipping costs.
Please ensure your shipping address on file is current and accurate. Thrifted Wonders is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage occurring after items have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified by K-BID. Failure to make payment may result in account restrictions and forfeiture of bidding privileges in accordance with K-BID policies.
For items requiring shipping, the K-BID auction invoice must be paid first. Once payment is received, a separate shipping invoice will be issued for shipping, packaging, handling, and applicable insurance costs. Items will be shipped only after both invoices have been paid in full.
Bidders choosing local pickup may pay online before pickup or pay by cash or card at the scheduled pickup appointment.
Applicable sales tax will be collected in accordance with state and local regulations unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is on file with K-BID.

Buyers are solely responsible for the removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and a properly sized vehicle or trailer if needed.
Limited assistance may be available for smaller items; however, buyers should not expect staff to provide loading services. Large, heavy, or bulky items will require the buyer to bring sufficient help for safe removal.
Items must be removed completely and without damage to the property. Any damage caused during removal is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items not picked up during the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved. No refunds will be issued for items that are abandoned or not collected.
Buyers purchasing furniture, appliances, shelving, or other large items are responsible for bringing the necessary manpower, tools, and equipment required for removal.
