Before You Bid
Please review all photos, read each lot description carefully, and verify the auction closing date, scheduled pickup date, pickup times, and location before placing a bid.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you are able to comply with the scheduled pickup requirements.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled pickup, you may have someone else pick up your purchases on your behalf.
If you need to request an alternate pickup arrangement, you must contact Kackshaws Auction and pay your invoice before the scheduled pickup window ends. Alternate pickup dates are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Shipping is not available. All purchases must be picked up from the designated pickup location.
Pickup & Removal
Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all purchased items.
Please bring any help, tools, equipment, boxes, totes, or packing materials needed to safely remove your purchases.
If a winning lot contains multiple items, all items included in that lot must be removed.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removing their purchases. Please bring any help, tools, equipment, and appropriate transportation needed for your items. Kackshaws Auction staff are unable to provide loading assistance
Kackshaws Auction LLC is not a storage facility. Items remaining after the scheduled pickup window may be subject to a $5.00 per lot, per calendar day storage/holding fee.
Unless prior arrangements have been approved by Kackshaws Auction, items not picked up within 72 hours after the scheduled pickup window closes will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Before You Leave
Before leaving the pickup location, please verify that:
You have received the correct lot(s).
All items included in your winning lot(s) are present.
The condition of the item matches the auction description to the best of your ability to inspect it at pickup.
If you have a concern about your purchase, please speak with a Kackshaws Auction team member before leaving whenever possible.
Once an item has been removed from the pickup location, Kackshaws Auction LLC cannot verify missing items, missing pieces, incorrect lots, or damage that may have occurred after removal.
If a significant issue is discovered that could not reasonably have been identified during pickup, please contact Kackshaws Auction within three (3) calendar days of pickup.

By placing a bid, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Please review all photos, read the complete lot description, and verify the auction closing date, scheduled pickup date, pickup times, and location before bidding. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these auction details.
All sales are final unless an item has been significantly misrepresented.
Ownership transfers to the winning bidder when the lot closes and the bidder is confirmed as the winner. The winning bidder is then responsible for payment, pickup, and removal of the item in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Payment must be received by the end of the scheduled pickup window. Invoices not paid by the end of the scheduled pickup window will be processed as a No Show.
Buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases during the scheduled pickup date and time. If you are unable to attend the scheduled pickup, you must contact Kackshaws Auction and pay your invoice before the scheduled pickup window ends to request an alternate pickup arrangement. Alternate pickup dates are not guaranteed and must be approved by Kackshaws Auction.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removing their purchases. Please bring any help, tools, equipment, packing materials, and appropriate transportation needed for your items. Kackshaws Auction staff are unable to provide loading assistance.
Buyers are responsible for removing all items, contents, parts, packaging, and debris included with their purchased lot(s) unless otherwise approved by Kackshaws Auction. Items or contents intentionally left behind may be subject to removal/disposal fees and any additional labor, hauling, or disposal costs incurred by Kackshaws Auction.
Kackshaws Auction LLC is not a storage facility. Items remaining after the scheduled pickup window may be subject to a $5.00 per lot, per calendar day storage/holding fee, beginning when the scheduled pickup window ends.
Unless prior arrangements have been approved by Kackshaws Auction, items not picked up within 72 hours after the scheduled pickup window closes will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items, and Kackshaws Auction may dispose of, resell, donate, or otherwise handle abandoned items at its discretion.
Contacting Kackshaws Auction after the scheduled pickup window has ended does not guarantee that an alternate pickup will be available or that the items will continue to be held.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting their purchases before leaving the pickup location. Once an item has been removed from the pickup location, Kackshaws Auction LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or issues that occur after removal.
Kackshaws Auction LLC, the auction location, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during pickup or removal.
If you discover a significant issue that could not reasonably have been identified during pickup, please contact Kackshaws Auction within three (3) calendar days of pickup. Items should not be repaired, altered, discarded, or modified before contacting us.
Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to review your request. Once a decision has been made, we will contact you with the outcome and any next steps, if applicable.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
