REMOVAL TIMES: Appointments can be made under your account on K-Bid.com. We cannot accommodate special requests for removal times or dates.
PACKING MATERIAL: No packaging materials or boxes are provided for removal.
UNPAID NO-SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO-SHOW. Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of or may be re listed.
PAID NO-SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal period listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and disposed of or re-listed. No refunds will be made.

All other pickups are onsite in Faribault, Minnesota. Bring help to load items.

Removals are by appointment within the schedule above. Items are at a private estate and we are unable to accomodate pickups outside of the scheduled window.
Horsetack and accessories are located in a barn without power, please keep that in mind when scheduling as the daylight hours are starting to get shorter.
With full invoice payment, advanced arrangements can be made for pickup of smaller items from our store in Oak Park Heights, MN during regular store hours. We are unable to bring furniture and large items to that location at this time. Furniture and large items will need to be picked up from the estate in Faribault during designated hours.
PLEASE BRING APPROPIATE HELP FOR REMOVAL we will not be available to help load any items. Most of the furniture is located on the second level.
Please bring plenty of wrapping materials and boxes for your items. We do not have any materials on-site.
There is no shipping offered for this auction.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all your items. Please inspect your items before you leave the premises, there are no returns or refunds once they have been removed from the premises.
