These were work crew laptops from former commercial electrical contractor and have had the personal data wiped and re-set for new user so I cannot see the operating system information. We are told these laptops are either Windows 10 or 11. The protective carry bag is nicely padded with plenty of room for much more than just the laptop! These laptops are U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee assets and we know nothing more about them other than what you can see on the photo array that they work when turned on.

PAYMENT:
Titled assets are to be paid by wire transfer or in cash at loadout. Wire transfers should be completed by Monday, October 19th at 4:00 p.m. and carry an additional $20.00 bank fee. All other assets should be paid immediately at conclusion of auction by credit card with a maximum limit of $3,000.00. Purchases over $3,000.00 can be paid by wire transfer or cash at loadout. SHIPPING: May be available for some items as noted in each lot listing. Auctioneer does not have a 'shipping department'. If you request shipping, we will gladly deliver your purchases to the UPS store in Mankato, but not before you have paid your K-BID invoice online or by wire transfer. You will contact the UPS store (reference Dailey Auction Service) to give shipping instructions, get your shipping amount, and pay them directly.

TITLED ASSETS AND GENERAL TERMS
Payment for titled assets to be made by wire transfer by 4:00 pl.m. on first business day following close of auction. Wire transfer instructions will be provided to winning bidder at the close of this auction by calling Jay Dailley at 507-625-7653 and carry an additional $20.00 bank fee.
Ownership transfers upon bank verification of payment in full to Affiliate's account, and completion of all title transfer paperwork. Independent Affiliate Dailey Realty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction. Title transfer and separate payment of transfer, tax, and document fees shall take place in person at the North Mankato DMV when you make your appointment for pick-up of the vehicle whether you are a dealer or private party. Please come prepared with your current driver’s license, dealer license (if applicable), and proof of insurance.
If paying by cash at your pickup appointment, please indicate you will be doing so on your K-BID dashboard or by calling auctioneer at 507-625-7653.
Payment for all other non-titled assets should be made by credit card on your K-BID Dashboard immediately at the conclusion of the auction with a maximum of $3,000.00 or by wire transfer or cash at pickup appointment. INSPECTIONS: Inspections are critical in bidder's determination of value. You are urged to inspect BEFORE advancing bids at the end of the auction. Inspection is by appointment only from Tuesday October 13th-Friday October 16th between noon and 4:00 p.m. All assets are located in the Mankato area, but not at the same address! You must call for an appointment to get the address of each asset you wish to inspect.

Test drives are NOT available due to insurance restrictions. Photos should be considered part of the description. FIREARMS TERMS:
All firearms sales are subject to the following terms and conditions with no exceptions. If you are unable to comply, do NOT bid on a firearm!
All buyers will be required to pass a NICS check and must complete all required paperwork with our licensed FFL of record. The purchaser must have a valid MN Conceal and Carry Permit or a Minnesota Permit to Purchase for all pistols and/or rifles that require this permit BEFORE bidding.
Payment for the firearm must be made immediately at the conclusion of the auction according to the payment terms of this auction. The firearm will remain in possession of the FFL until you have completed your NICS check and/or registration of the firearm. NICS checks and pickup of the firearm from the FFL is by appointment only. You will pay a separate transfer fee of $30.00 for EACH firearm purchased directly to the FFL at that appointment. If you do not pass the NICS check or have the proper permits to purchase, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and the firearm will be re-sold on a future auction.

4. A NICS/Transfer charge of $30.00 (taxable) will apply to each firearm you purchase with no exceptions.
5. NICS check is required regardless of whether you have a Permit to Carry or Purchase.
Out of State Purchases of Firearms: Federal law requires the FFL to ship purchases of handguns, and/or rifles and shotguns that require a permit, to a Federal Firearms Licensee located in the state of the bidder’s lawful residence. Please provide our FFL with your preferred destination FFL information to expedite the process. The bidder can only receive the firearm from the destination FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Shipping charges payable to our MN FFL will also apply in addition to your transfer/NICS check fees.
All assets on this auction sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliate, seller, or the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. All titles have been verified clean and transferable. Bidders are encouraged to do their own VIN check using the VIN # provided in the lot description.
While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, bidders should take advantage of the opportunity to inspect in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No mechanical inspections have been made on the vehicles unless otherwise stated in the lot description. Any statements of general condition or visible flaws are opinions based on the Affiliate's visual inspection only.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Availability of shipping is noted on each individual lot.
Nothing will be delivered to shipper until you have either paid your K-BID invoice or completed your wire transfer!
Motor vehicles and large equipment must be picked up in person.
Firearms that are to be shipped must comply with all State and Federal law. No exceptions.
Our designated shipper is The UPS Store in Mankato Minnesota. Once your invoice is paid, we will deliver your items to UPS. Bidder is responsible to call UPS at 507-779-7577 (reference Dailey Realty and Auction shipments so they can locate your order) and make direct arrangements, incuding packing and insurance instructions, and pay them directly by credit card. Note that computer shipping boxes are expensive ($20 or more each) in addition to your destination shipping charges. It is up to you to instruct the shipper if you do not want the special laptop shipping box. Once your items have been delivered to the shipper, picking up your items in person will no longer be an option!
IF YOU WIN AND PAY FOR ANY ITEM AND FAIL TO PICK IT UP BY THE END OF THE LOADOUT PERIOD, THAT ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE. THE ITEM WILL BE LIQUIDATED OR DISPOSED OF AT THE AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION.
