Comfort Level: The Intellibed Nightfall Plush Euro Pillowtop King Mattress is a premium, heavy-duty hybrid bed from Intellibed's Luxury Collection. It is highly regarded for its unique "firm yet soft" dual-nature feel. Medium to Medium-Plush (roughly a 5.5 to 6 out of 10 on the firmness scale), characterized by a unique "firm yet soft" dual-natured feel. Because it pairs a structural gel grid with pillowy upper cushioning, it behaves differently than traditional foam or inner-spring beds. The top Euro pillowtop features soft, premium foams and copper-infused latex layers. This creates an immediate, body-conforming plushness. You sleep on the mattress rather than sinking deeply into it. Underneath the foam layers sits a 2.5-inch structural Gel Matrix grid. This grid stands perfectly firm under broad surface weight to keep your spine aligned, but instantly collapses locally under sharp pressure points like the shoulders and hips. The Nightfall is highly recommended for side sleepers. The column-buckling gel grid unloads critical hip and shoulder pressure while filling in the gap at the waist. Very Good for Back Sleepers. The 3-zone pocket coil system keeps the lumbar spine stable and prevents the pelvis from sagging. Good for light-to-medium profiles.
