IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION: Buyers are responsible for loading and hauling all purchased items. Please be aware that some equipment is very heavy and may require 2–3 people to safely move. Certain larger items will need to be tilted or maneuvered to fit through doorways. All items were carried into the building and can be removed, but please come prepared with adequate help, tools, and equipment if needed. Staff will not be available to assist with moving or loading heavy items. Please plan accordingly before bidding.

Inspection Policy
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items on October 19th from 9 AM – 11:30 AM before bidding. Pick-up day is NOT inspection day. MUST CALL FIRST TO SCHEDULE
While we strive to thoroughly inspect every item, bidders should evaluate items independently, as some imperfections may be present.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Delivery Terms
Shipping is not available for this auction. Local delivery may be available for select items.
Delivery service is limited to addresses located within Apple Valley, Eagan, Burnsville, and Lakeville, Minnesota. Delivery requests outside of these areas may be declined at our discretion.
Delivery fees consist of:
Standard delivery charge is therefore $30.00 per item.
For Items Over 30 Pounds or extra long requiring extra work inquires a 100-200 Dollar extra fee at Home play deals discretion.
For customers purchasing multiple items, delivery and handling fees may be combined at our discretion. Oversized, exceptionally heavy, or difficult-to-move items may be subject to additional charges.
All delivery arrangements must be made and paid for prior to delivery. Delivery availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling and staff availability.

We accept Cash or Credit Card payments.
Online payment before arrival is preferred for faster processing.
Sales Tax & Exemptions
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless an ST3 form is provided.
If you have an ST3 tax exemption form, please email it in advance for quick processing. Forms will also be available on-site if needed.
Payment Deadline
Payments must be completed before item removal—no items will be released until full payment is verified.
No Refunds or Chargebacks
All sales are final— Refunds are at Home & Play Deals discretion. Must be within two days of pick up - Contact Tessa at homeplaydeals@gmail.com or call or text 612-600-6729.
An exception is if we are unable to locate your item at pick-up, in which case a refund will be issued.
Missed Payments & No-Show Policy
Failure to pay for won items before the end of the removal period may result in the forfeiture of those items.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or resold at the affiliate’s discretion.
Repeated non-payment or no-shows may result in account penalties or future bidding restrictions.
Auction Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule auctions at our discretion for any reason.
Liability Disclaimer
Buyers accept full responsibility for item removal and transportation after payment. Home & Play Deals LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during removal.

Items can be removed through the standard entry door - Or must be dissesmbled.
Parking:
Parking is limited. Please arrive during your scheduled pick-up time to help reduce congestion and wait times.
Packing Materials:
No packing supplies will be provided. Please bring your own boxes, totes, packing paper, blankets, straps, bubble wrap, and any other materials needed to safely transport your purchases.
Large & Heavy Items:
A dolly may be available for use; however, staff will not assist with lifting, loading, carrying, or transporting items! Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help for large, heavy, or bulky purchases.
Missed Pick-Ups:
Items not removed during the scheduled pick-up period will be considered abandoned and marked as a No Show. Unclaimed items may be discarded, resold, or otherwise disposed of at the auction organizer's discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in bidding restrictions.
