This auction is comprised of 2 complete woodworking shops!!!
Main Shop was behind his home where auction is taking place, additionally the family moved all of items back her from his second shop at his winter home in Arizona to be put on this auction as well.
Many high end and specialty machines & tools on this auction.
Live edge wood slabs as well as some exotic species wood.
Owner took great care of his machines & tools and are in excellent condition.
Load out will be slightly challenging as there is limited parking, we ask that you bring enough help with you to get your items loaded in a timely manner. Please bring patience for this loadout.
No Alternative dates for pick up!!!!! House has been sold and we need to have everything loaded out by 4:00 PM Saturday Nov 7th
Shop is on the north side of the house with limited parking. Bring your patience with you for this load out as you may need to wait more than usual to load out.
Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday Nov 6th 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM or Saturday Nov 7th 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM

Invoices will not be processed, and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.
There will be a skidsteer on site to assist in loading large items, but you are responsible for lifting and loading all small items.

We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. That being said we are an auction company, not a shipping company.
If you are expecting your items in 2 days do not bid. We are not Amazon! We try to get all items shipped out the following week but sometimes our schedule does not allow that to happen. Our ongoing promise is to ship items out as soon as possible but on occasion that may be up to 10-14 days.
We Use Spee-Dee Delivery & Spee-Dee Freight for any shipping in their service area.
Anything outside of Spee-Dee's service area we use UPS, Fed-Ex & USPS for smaller packages.
We wish to provide an economical shipping service to our bidders. We do not use shipping as a way to profit from our auctions.
We only charge you the shipping charges, in addition to any time and materials we have in the shipping process, nothing more!!
Any Pallet or Freight Shipments outside of Spee-Dee's service area need to be arranged and handled by the successful bidder. We will load your items on the truck but will not make any of the shipping arrangements.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
