***Return Policy***
We value our customers and are committed to helping you bid with confidence. To support this, we have introduced a new return policy. Please familiarize yourself with the policy and carefully review all photos, conditions, and descriptions for each lot before placing bids.
All sales are final unless an item is misrepresented. Returns are only accepted when the received item significantly differs from the listing description, stated condition, photos, or other disclosed details.
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the auction closing date. Returns can be made in person (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) or initiated by email at shopdeltaauction@gmail.com.
To request a return, please include your bidder ID, invoice number, lot number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos.
Currently, K-Bid does not support issuing refunds or reversing transactions. As a result, all approved refunds will be processed manually via Venmo or Cash App until a more optimal system becomes available.
Please review the return policy periodically, as we are still in the early stages and policies may be updated as we grow.
Thank you for being a valued customer. We are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy bidding experience, and we appreciate your continued support.
