Did you know that zoning laws of the last 40 years have restricted development so close to the shoreline? Birch Haven Resort cabins have been kept up to shape over the years, grandfathered into current zoning. It is a rarity to have cabins so close to the shore. Open the window and listen to the loons at night!
Every cabin comes ready for your leisure. Cook inside in the kitchen, or grill outside. Nothing should keep you from enjoying the Northern Minnesota summer weather. Be sure to bring your charcoal and starter for the grill. Grilled fish is a camp favorite!
Don't worry about the basic kitchen supplies. Every cabin comes with microwave ovens, gas stoves and ovens, silverware and dishes, pots & pans, and a coffee maker.
Not sure why you would want to surf the Internet while on vacation, but you can! Free wireless Internet is available with the pass code. Well give it to you when you check in.
This has become a treasured memory for those who have come back to Birch Haven over the years. They dont make them like they used to! This was built over 50 years ago, and is still one of the funnest pieces of equipment on the resort.

Were ready to make your fishing trip exemplary! Gull Lake is one of the most beautiful and uninhabited lakes in Northwestern Minnesota, and Birch Haven Resort is in the center of it all. You can fish these uncrowded waters for Walleye, Bluegill, Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass and Crappie.
For your fishing needs we stock tackle, bait and gas. If you prefer, you can launch and dock your own boat to cruise, fish or water ski. If you prefer to rent, we have the following:

Once back at the resort, we try to make it as easy as possible to enjoy your catch. A cleaning house is ready with running water and tiled filleting table. Cabins come with freezers to store your catch.

Your stay will include all resort amenities for cabin rentals. No special restrictions will be placed on these packages.
RV hookups are limited to 110 outlets.
