Located at 617 47th St S, (I-29 and Demers), Grand Forks, ND 58203, Because of the North Dakota laws the person that owns the unit has until the auction ends to retain the unit by paying the arrears and fees before the last day of the auction. We video tape it for our protection so no items are missing in case the owner does come forward. You can rest assured that these units have not been gone through and they are in the condition that the owners left them.
The Storage Units for sale are at Four different locations. The preview was open to the public and was completed on Saturday, August 22nd.
All units require a $50 cleaning deposit, to be refunded when the unit is cleaned out completely.
ALL items must be removed from the premises. There are no dumpsters available on the property.
Removal by appointment: Removal can take place Friday or Saturday by prior arrangement by contacting David at 701-740-9870.

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

1 Lb to and up to 100 lbs We charge a flat fee of $5.00 per box (not lot) plus postage costs and we ship via Speedy Delivery.
