Well this is going to be a great opportunity for someone to have one of the nicest 5th wheel tandem slide out trailers around without having to spend the money of new. I will start with the basics, and try and cover everything I can. 

2006 CrossRoads Paradise Pointe 5th wheel travel trailer, 33ft. This trailer is a full aluminum structure wrapped in fiberglass. This is a big deal folks, many many of these units are over pressboard. Aluminum is clearly lighter and capable of withstanding the test of time. Additionally, there is not a crack, or missing doors or anything else on the exterior. Truly excellent condition.

From the beginning:
This unit has an upgraded mount ($500.00) that allows for the trailer to be picked up by any fifth wheel, no need for specific plates or specific hook ups. The reason for the upgrade is in the event there's an issue with the truck pulling it, you no longer will you have to find a specific hook up. Anyone can help you out. A very nice feature. 

It has 2 slide outs. One in the living room, one in the bedroom. They work perfectly, the seals are tight, and there is nothing that is broken, or missing, or somehow less than like new condition. 
The living quarters have a dual fuel refrigerator/freezer, so your stuff can stay cold while you're traveling. A convection oven, a propane cook top, an over head range hood with fan, and a microwave above that. You will see in the pictures there is a lot of high end cabinetry. This is not some press board junk. These are quality cabinets with quality pulls etc. No plastic. The countertops have no cuts or nicks or chips. The sink has a pull out faucet to facilitate easy clean ups. 
Storage is plentiful. 
In the living area, there's a nice table, a sofa, and to full swivel/rocking chairs. Again, no cuts, tears or stains. The carpet has no staining or excessive wear. The entire cabin is equipped with a built in stereo surround system. You can turn on or off the sound in the upper living quarters. DVD/CD player with remote. 
Only 1 tv, and it's the older style. It works fine, but not the nicer flat panels. If I were keeping this unit, I would go and replace it, and add another to the bedroom. All the hook ups are in place. From cable to cigarette lighter. It's all there. 
Moving back up the unit toward the bedroom, you will see the wood steps are not excessively marred or beaten up. Nor is the vinyl flooring in the bath area. 
The shower is a corner style unit that has it's own skylight....kind of neat. Again it's clean and nice. No cracks or broken membranes.
Across the hall behind it's own door with skylight as well as it's own exhaust system is the commode. Clean and nice. 
The bathroom sink is tucked into the corner of the bedroom area. It has a medicine cabinet, and the sink is itself clean and nice with no nicks or cuts. 
The cabinetry in the bedroom is matched to the crown moldings, and is of the same quality build as the woowork in the living quarters. There is a nice big double closet with mirrored doors. Tons of room to hang your clothing, and a built in safe in the floor that is lockable. 
Under the bed is a bunch of storage (not pictured), but you simply lift the bed from the foot end, and there are two hydraulic stays that allows for the area to stay open on it's own. You simply push it down when you are done accessing the area. 
The storage is impressive. I couldn't get a great picture to show how large the store room is under the bedroom area, but it's really big. It is accessible from the exterior of the unit, fully contained and lockable. I think I could fit darn near everything I own in there! 
Some of the finer points: The trailer is equipped with a full water filtration system. It has an exterior shower that runs both hot and cold.....so you can clean off your boots, your dog, or yourself if you're so inclined. There is multiple different hook ups including a hose, 220 power, with converters. 
The trailer has an inverter on it. It has 2 100 lb propane tanks, fire extinquishers, O2 sensors, fire detectors and the list goes on.
