This auction features seasonal, closeout and returned merchandise from a national Home Store retailer. We have quickly inspected each item and noted any obvious defects, although due to the source of this inventory all items are sold as-is and may have defects or missing pieces that were not noticed in the auction preparation. There is a huge value offered here, both in brand new merchandise, as well as some cosmetically blemished packages or items that will still serve their purpose well.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP). Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected. At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load. Auctioneer, New And Used Sale, LLC, or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays his invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks under $100.00 with ID.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We will combine shipping cost on multiple items to provide the best possible value. If you are unable to make the removal date, please contact Jeff at 320-327-2622 to arrange for an alternate time. We WILL hold items that are paid with a credit card until you are able to pick them up. Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means within 1 week of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned.
