-All items are located just north of Prairie Ridge Middle School in (2) large portable buildings (directly between the school and the track/football field/soccer fields). There are 36" doors and handicap accessible ramps attached to the portables to assist in removing all items. Keep in mind, there will be an approx 50'-100' walk from the portables to the parking lot so please plan your removal accordingly.
- All payments will be made when items are picked up and must be made by the end of last scheduled pickup day (11/7/15). If you can not make payment/pickup arrangements within this time frame, please refrain from bidding on these items. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SAT, 11/7/15!! ANY ITEMS REMAINING AFTER THAT DATE WILL BE RETURNED TO ANKENY SCHOOLS (NO EXCEPTIONS).
-Many Items are heavy. Bring proper help, equipment, and transportation to load / remove items. No dock-height doors or forklift will be available.
-All dimensions / measurements are listed in inches by Height x Width x Depth unless stated otherwise.
-All descriptions are written to the best of my knowledge. Visual inspections are always recommended. Inspections for this auction will be by appointment only. Best times are weekends or after 5pm during the week. Please call/text Justin at (515) 249-8039 to arrange.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available. Buyer assumes all costs.

a)Delivery by pickup to greater Des Moines area = Flat rate of $50; Pickup and Trailer = Flat rate of $75
b)Delivery by pickup outside of greater Des Moines area ($75 minimum) = $0.75 / mile round trip; Truck and Trailer ($90 minimum) = $1.00 / mile round trip
