The ONLY ITEMS that may show in the pics, but are not included are approximately 4 - 6 white folding tables and some pieces of plywood (approximately 4 - 8 sheets). ALL OF THE REST GOES TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR ONE PRICE!!! CARS IN FIRST PICTURE IN DRIVEWAY ARE NOT INCLUDED!!!!! Winning bidder is REQUIRED to take ALL CONTENTS between Friday 10/23/15 through Friday 10/30/15 by 5:00 pm. ALL ITEMS MUST BE TAKEN!!! NO DUMPSTER ONSITE. $150 DEPOSIT OVER AND ABOVE INVOICE AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED BEFORE ACCESS IS PERMITTED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED UPON A FULL CLEAN OUT OF ALL ITEMS. Deposit will be kept if any item(s) are left after Friday 10/30/15 5:00 pm for cleanup / disposal fee. Be sure to bring a very large truck(s) / trailers and enough manpower to get this cleaned out in the time period posted.
This auction has a one day payment on Friday 10/23/15 by appointment only .The high bidder will need a very large truck(s) and some manpower to remove these items. Also be sure to bring plenty of boxes and packing materials. ALL items will need to be be picked up between Friday 10/23 through Friday 10/30/15 by 5:00 pm. WINNING BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL ITEMS!! There is no dumpster onsite. A $150 CASH FEE will be charged UP FRONT before access is allowed (over and above invoice amount). This $150 fee will be returned upon a cleaned out unit that is completed by 5:00 pm on Friday 10/30/15. Any item(s) left over will result in complete forfeiture of $150 deposit. Payments can be made by cash or by credit card. Credit card up to $1,999.00 only. NO CHECKS!!
Inspection is on Thursday 10/22//15 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm by appointment only. Call Cinda at 320-237-7830 for directions and what time you plan on meeting. Auctioneer will not be there if there is no appointments made at least 1 hour in advance.
Be sure to bring the proper equipment and help with loading of larger or heavy items, help will NOT be available to help load any items.

Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $200.00 fee. Items not paid within 2 days from close of auction will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned".
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
