This is the first of two electrical inventory & tools auctions from the Tri County Electric Estate. In addition, there will be a third auction that will consist of equipment, general tools, lawn & garden, home repair inventory, including plumbing supplies, pallet racking, shelving, office and much more. These auctions will close one per night beginning on Sunday, December 13th and ending on Wednesday, December 15th. Pickup for these 3 auctions can all be combined into one easy pickup. Winning bidders with a large volume of items will be called for their personalized appointment for an easy, smooth pickup. *** 12/2/15: PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN CLOSING AND PICK UP DATES ***
All bids start at $5.00. There is NO RESERVE on any item. Bid with confidence that highest bidder takes item(s)!!! We do have a Bobcat onsite to load pallets and larger size items.
In addition to these three auctions, the real estate of Tri-County Electric is also up on auction. The COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE consists of 4.64 +/- acres with 2 buildings (9900 SF & 2400 SF) and is located at 3953 45th Ave SE (AKA County Road #65), St. Cloud, MN 56304, just off of Hwy 10.
Tri County Electric was a busy and very successful electrical contractor business prior to the owner's passing. Therefore, all inventory, supplies, tools, pallet racking, equipment, and real estate is being auctioned off. Be sure to check out all of these auctions!!

Scheduled Pickups by Appointment ONLY (We will contact the winning bidders with a large volume of items for their personalized pick up appointment. Please be sure you have your contact info updated in your K-Bid profile so that we may reach you). Unscheduled pickups will NOT be accommodated on these dates.

Payments can be made by cash or by credit card (credit card payment limit up to $1999). Sorry, checks are NOT accepted, except Bank/Cashier Checks, which are to be made out to "Granite City Auctions". Please note this is an off-site auction.
Inspection is on Friday 12/04/15 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm AND on Thursday, December 10th 1:00 - 3:00 pm
We do have a Bobcat to assist in loading your larger items and pallets. However, please bring proper tools, equipment and personnel to help load your other items, as help will NOT be available.

Items have to be paid for on the load out day(s). Load out day is not preview day! All items need to be picked up on pick up day during the time slot stated. Late payments and/or pickups will result in an additional $25.00 fee. Items not paid within auction pickup days will be reported as a "No Show" bidder. Items paid but not picked up within 7 days from close of auction will be considered "abandoned".
Items that are to be shipped need to be paid for in full before shipped out. No items will be released until paid for in full.
Every effort is made to describe the items as accurately as possible. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect before bidding, to be certain that the item meets your standards and expectations. Our descriptions are not a substitute for your inspection. No refunds!
Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store. You are buying " AS IS Where IS". It is your responsibility to inspect your items. We do not inspect for you.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Yes, we ship! We charge $10.00 plus the actual cost of shipping per package for small to medium size packages, to help offset the cost of our labor in preparing your shipment and driving your shipment to shipper, shipping supplies and vehicle expenses in driving your package to the shipper. Larger packages and those requiring more shipping supplies than a standard box and newspaper are more and are dependent on how much and what is needed for supplies and the amount of time required to package it. This is a SERVICE to you and packages do not package themselves or drive themselves to the shipper. Although we do make every effort to package and protect your items as best as possible, shippers do not handle your package in a delicate manner and therefore at times, item(s) may get broken. Once your item is shipped, we will email you with the tracking number along with the name of the shipper. Any shipping issues thereafter are between you and the shipper. Customer is responsible for filing and handling any claim with the shipper. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or any other issues with a package once it has arrived at the shipper!
Large Vollume Buyers: If you plan on buying by the truckload, we will assist as much as possible to get items on pallets and load onto / into the trailer for a very reasonable fee to cover labor and product costs.
