All payments will be taken at Holgate Middle School Gym. If invoice is paid online you will still have to come to Holgate Middle School to receive a signed invoice from us before proceeding to Simmons Middle School to pick up your items. No items will be allowed to be removed from Simmons before presenting a signed invoice from S&S Auction.
Loading of auction items is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, there will be no onsite help for loading of your items, bring all help needed for loading with you!!!
Lot #1 through #16 are located at A-TEC Academy 2200 South Roosevelt Street (north of the high school)
Inspection for these lots will be Tuesday June 23rd 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM
Loadout for these lots will be Saturday June 27th 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Lot #16-A through #175 are located at Simmons Middle School Gym (NW corner of the school) 1302 South 4th Street
Lot #176 through #350 are located at Holgate Middle School Gym (NE corner of the school) 2200 Dakota Street North

Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday June 26th 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday June 27th 10:00 AM To 3:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!!
DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Invoices will not be processed, and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help & equipment with you for loadout of the items you purchased.

We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. That being said we are an auction company, not a shipping company.
If you are expecting your items in 2 days do not bid. We are not Amazon! We try to get all items shipped out the following week but sometimes our schedule does not allow that to happen. Our ongoing promise is to ship items out as soon as possible but on occasion that may be up to 10-14 days.
We Use Spee-Dee Delivery & Spee-Dee Delivery for any shipping in their service area.
Anything outside of Spee-Dee's service area we use UPS, Fed-Ex & USPS for smaller packages.
We wish to provide an economical shipping service to our bidders. We do not use shipping as a way to profit from our auctions.
We only charge you the shipping charges, in addition to any time and materials we have in the shipping process, nothing more!!
