The auction is located at a private residence situated at the end of a long, narrow gravel road. To prevent congestion and ensure safe access, mandatory removal appointments are required for all winning bidders.
When you arrive, the property features a circular driveway that allows vehicles to turn around safely. To avoid bottlenecking on the road, appointments must be scheduled in advance and will only become available after the auction has closed.
To set your appointment:
Log in to KβBid.
Go to Manage Invoices under your account.
Select your invoice and choose an available removal appointment time.
Please note: arrival without an appointment may result in delays or being asked to wait until scheduled bidders have cleared the road.
Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and safe removal process for all bidders and onsite staff.
Information Lot β Removal Day Expectations
Please read carefully. We may have professional movers onsite during the scheduled removal period; however, their availability and capacity are not guaranteed. All winning bidders are required to bring their own appropriate help for lifting, carrying, and loading purchased items.
This means sufficient lifting assistance must be provided by the bidder. For safety reasons, children, elderly individuals, or anyone unable to safely move heavy or bulky items should not be brought as your primary help. Many items in this saleβincluding armoires, dressers, mirrors, garden statuary, and carved furnitureβrequire strong, capable support to remove without damage or injury.
If movers are present and choose to assist you, tipping is customary and greatly appreciated. Their priority will be maintaining safety and protecting the home, the items, and all individuals onsite.
Please arrive prepared with:
Proper lifting help
Appropriate equipment such as dollies, straps, and blankets
A vehicle sized for your purchases
Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient removal day for everyone involved.
