4. Pay for and pick up your items during the scheduled removal time. Removal appointments are required and must be scheduled through the Manage Invoice section of your bidder dashboard.
Payment Options:
Pay online through your K-BID dashboard for invoices up to $1,000.
Pay with cash or cashier’s check at pickup.
A 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added to each item.
Buyers may coordinate their own shipping, but they must work with us directly to arrange pickup and loading logistics.
5. Pickup Policy:
LOAD OUT DAY IS THE SATURDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. Scheduled pickup only. PLEASE SCHEDULE A PICKUP TIME AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION.
A $75 load-out fee will apply to any items picked up outside of the scheduled pickup dates.
Pickup times are available on a first come, first served basis.
Items not picked up within the designated timeframe, or without prior arrangements, will be considered abandoned and may be subject to resale.
Bidders who fail to pick up their items will be documented as a No-Show.
6. Container Pickup and Storage Policy:
Shipping containers may be picked up after the scheduled load-out dates but must be removed no later than 1 week from the end of the auction.
Any shipping container remaining after one week will incur a $100 per day storage fee until it is removed.
7. Storage Fees for All Other Items:
Any non-container item not picked up within one week following the auction will incur a $50 per day storage fee until it is removed.
