Pick up times are listed, please do not call to set up a pick up time. Please see specific directions for warehouse pick up.

BEFORE BIDDING, PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AND READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS 

For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. PLEASE BRING HELP AND TOOLS IF NEEDED. If you won a lot of items please bring proper containers/boxes to remove items. 

BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.) Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to each sale in accordance with the Minnesota and local tax regulations based on consignment sales and consignment auctions. 

SHIPPING: If you wish to ship your items please read shipping terms tab and choose “Manage Invoice” in your dashboard to request shipping. We will not ship until your K-BID invoice has been paid for. Please see the shipping term page for more details. Thanks!

SHIPPING FEES: $13 per box/package plus actual shipping cost. We will do our best to ship most items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.  Shipping Rates will vary depending on size and weight.

**SHIPPING: We receive a lot of shipping requests per auction so please allow enough time for us to package and weigh your items as we are an auction company not a shipping company. Please follow the shipping terms, once your items have been packaged and weighed, we will email you a shipping invoice through square. We will not send a follow up call, text or email prior to the SQUARE invoice email unless there is information needed. 

K-BID NOW GIVES AN OPTION FOR CUSTOMERS TO CHOOSE SHIPPING THROUGH THE INVOICE SECTION ON THEIR DASHBOARD. WHEN SHIPPING IS WANTED, PLEASE USE THIS OPTION.

ALL SHIPPING INVOICES WILL COME FROM OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY, SQUARE.

Due to high shipping requests, please do not reach out to us after you have paid your invoice and selected shipping as we are doing the best we can to pack your items. If you have read the shipping terms and followed them correctly, we will have everything we need to set up shipping for you and get your invoice emailed out.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to determine the cost of shipping until the item is packaged, measured, and weighed. Rates will vary depending on size and weight. NO shipping quotes.
