All items must be picked up on the day and times posted.
All Titled assets MUST be picked up ONLY between 10:00am and 2:30pm. Please fill out the online registration/additional information requested form the DAY before pickup by 2:30pm
We will ship small items only. See shipping terms at the bottom of the page
All jewelry will be kept at a different address in a safe and brought over on the pick up day
Please bring plenty of help to move or take apart any item. Bidder is responsible for any damage they cause when moving an item. We will not have staff on this day to help carry or load anything
Upright Freezer, washer and dryer and most tools are located in the basement and will need to come upstairs
All beds and the 2 tall dressers are located upstairs as well as the loveseat, rocking chair and a few small nightstands
