All watches are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully, as they are part of the item's condition report.
Quartz watches described as having a new battery, fresh battery, or running were observed operating at the time of cataloging. No guarantee is made regarding future operation, battery life, accuracy, or longevity.
Eco-Drive and other solar-powered watches listed as running were charged under a light source and observed to maintain operation and time for approximately 24 hours prior to cataloging. No further warranty or guarantee is provided.
All watches should be considered pre-owned and may show signs of wear, age, repairs, replacement parts, or other condition issues. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person and contact Woodhill Auctions with any questions prior to bidding.
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available information and accept the item in its present condition.
Before bidding, carefully review each lot description to determine whether shipping is available. If a lot is marked "Shipping Disabled" or "No Shipping Available," local pickup will be required.
SHIPPING TERMS:
• Shipping is available on most eligible items.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
• Shipping and handling starts at $15.00 for small shipments.
• Large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or multi-lot orders will incur additional charges.
• Insurance is available upon request.
• We are not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our facility.
IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING:
Orders generally ship within 2 business days after payment of the updated invoice.
PAY, HOLD & SHIP LATER:
We can hold eligible items for future combined shipping. Contact us for details before paying your invoice.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you have won items from multiple Woodhill Auctions events, such as Coins, Jewelry, Watches, Collectibles, or other eligible auctions, please contact us before paying your invoices.
When possible, we will combine eligible purchases into a single shipment to help reduce overall shipping and handling costs.
Please note that not all items may qualify for combined shipping due to size, weight, fragility, or pickup schedules. Contact us promptly after the auction closes so we can review your purchases and provide the most efficient shipping option available.
Buyers requesting combined shipping should wait to pay until all applicable invoices have been reviewed and adjusted.
