This house has been sold and the closing date is shortly after the auction removal. The auction pick up date is for January 4th ONLY with no exceptions. Before bidding, please make sure you are available to pick up your items on that day or can send a friend or family member in your place. We will NOT be able to meet you there on a different date. For removal day, please schedule your appointment using the scheduling tool provided by K-Bid found on your Bidder's Dashboard. Appts are made using this tool. We cannot schedule your appt over the phone, thank you.
