Please verify an item is marked Shippable prior to bidding. Some lots are pickup only and will be clearly noted.
Uninsured Flat-Rate Shipping (Buyer assumes risk):
Jewelry and individual coin lots (not boxed lots)
Up to 20 lots: $15 flat rate
Over 20 lots: add $5 per additional 10 lots
Insured Shipping (Quoted): Insured shipping is available unless otherwise excluded in the lot description. Shipping costs are quoted case by case based on destination, value, size, and carrier requirements.
Pay, Hold & Ship Later (PHSL): Available for select small items by prior arrangement.
By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to the selected shipping option and its associated risks and limitations.

Before bidding, carefully review each lot description to determine whether shipping is available. If a lot is marked "Shipping Disabled" or "No Shipping Available," local pickup will be required.
SHIPPING TERMS:
• Shipping is available on most eligible items.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
• Shipping and handling starts at $15.00 for small shipments.
• Large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or multi-lot orders will incur additional charges.
• Insurance is available upon request.
• We are not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our facility.
IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING:
Orders generally ship within 2 business days after payment of the updated invoice.
PAY, HOLD & SHIP LATER:
We can hold eligible items for future combined shipping. Contact us for details before paying your invoice.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you have won items from multiple Woodhill Auctions events, such as Coins, Jewelry, Watches, Collectibles, or other eligible auctions, please contact us before paying your invoices.
When possible, we will combine eligible purchases into a single shipment to help reduce overall shipping and handling costs.
Please note that not all items may qualify for combined shipping due to size, weight, fragility, or pickup schedules. Contact us promptly after the auction closes so we can review your purchases and provide the most efficient shipping option available.
Buyers requesting combined shipping should wait to pay until all applicable invoices have been reviewed and adjusted.
