SPG Auctions relocating sale, everything must go! All bidding starts at $1.00. This is Part 2 of a Part 2 auction, ending 6/16 Monday, with pick up on Wednesday 6/18. Items include antiques, collectibles, full table lots, store fixtures, racking, shelving, banquet tables, Flea Market lots and much more… Due to our building being sold, we need to relocate, which means all items need to be picked up or paid for to be shipped, no later than pick up day, Wednesday 6/18/2014, otherwise bidders will be put as a ‘No Show’ and the items will no longer be available.

Auction is located in strip mall facing East toward Bass Lake Road, between Shingle Creek Parkway and John Martin Drive. SPG Auctions is toward the center of the strip mall with Pep Boys located on the Shingle Creek Parkway end of the mall. When you see Pep Boys, head further down from there and you will locate us.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We will ship, yet there will be an added $5.00 convenience fee. Shipping costs will also be added, based on the weight of the items won on auction. We only ship once a month, usually at the end of each month, once we have more items to ship as a group. Therefore, if you win items that you want shipped at the beginning of the month, please anticipate receiving at least a month later. If you need a rush shipment, the convenience fee is $20.00 with shipping costs. If you win items that you would like shipped, please call the day of auction removal, to pay for items and shipping. We will no longer be shipping from current location after 6/18/2014. Thank you, SPG Auctions
