This is a last chance sale on vintage vehicles.
Any Vehicles not meeting the reserves will be crushed.

Auction location is West on US Hwy 2 north on county rd 507 turn right at first intersection, then left at next intersection. Second property on the right.
Payments must be made within the date and time of removal. All Payments are due by July 12, 2:00 pm
Parts cars may be stored till 5:00 pm July 19. Any request for assistance with loading must be requested 48 hours in advance. Limited availability before 5 pm weekdays.
We will allow only one alternate removal time for each bidder, any additional requested dates will be charge a fee of $25.
Amry Solutions will not be responsible for lost or stolen items being stored

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Some loading assistance can be provided. Limited lift capabilities for placing on lowboy trailer types. 48 hour notice is required for any assistance outside of removal dated.
Buyer will be responsible for removing vehicles within prescribe timeframes. For Loading Assistance
Vehicles can be transported intact or you may remove all wanted parts and we will dispose of any remaining parts at no cost.
Torches may only be used when accompanied by appropriate fire extinguishers.
