Items in this auction are not in our warehouse. They are located in the small town of Lydia, Mn- near Jordan and Prior Lake. The auction contains rubberized sports flooring in great condition, commercial kitchen items, a couple of refrigerators, folding and adjustable height tables, laminate office furniture, an electronic cash register, AV carts with power strips and more. Inspection is possible by appointment, just call Paul @ 952-594-4758. There is a 3 hour pick up window that is set in stone so please don't ask for an exception, the building has been sold. PLEASE don't bid if you can't be there on that date and at the right time. Thank you.
The pick up date for items won in this auction is Friday, July 29th, 2016 between 9am and NOON. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY DURING THOSE TIMES, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER BIDDERS AND DO NOT BID. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary. We have no tools and no extra labor to help with lifting and loading. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WE GIVE THINGS A QUICK ONCE OVER OR PLUG THINGS IN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS, THEN WE REPORT THAT TO YOU. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT OFFER THAT AS A GUARANTEE. Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
