RETAIL INVENTORY AUCTION. All new in box. All merchandise will be at loading dock on pick up day for your convenience. Pick up must be by appointment because this is in a multi-story building with only one freight elevator. So we will bring your auction purchases down to the loading dock for your appointment. Great auction opportunity.
Retail store inventory. Call Jesse (218) 736-3330 for more information. You must make removal appointment. Resale buyers much bring an actual copy of your sales tax resale certificate or pay tax. No exceptions. All counts are approximate and while we attempt to be very accurate, your personal inspection is important to get actual counts.
All removal must be complete by Friday, Sept. 9. By appointment only.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction. Unless arrangement is made prior to removal date.
