September electronics auctions features several laptops in excellent conditions.
All items have been inspected but we highly recommend that bidders take the time to inspect items to make sure the quality and condition of the items meet your expectations before bidding.
Buyer/Bidder is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transporting of all items as necessary. BKC does not provide loading and/or shipping of items. This is very important, we do not ship! This auction is for pick up only! Please read notes below in regards to locating our warehouse. If you want specific directions please call us first before coming out if you do not have GPS and cannot Mapquest it.
If bidders cannot make it on pick up day, please call to pay over the phone and we will arrange a pick up day that will be convenient for you. All items not paid on pick up date will be forfeited. Paid items not picked up within 7 days will also be forfeited.
We know your schedules are hectic, but so is ours, so please be considerate of our time as we are of yours and call if you cannot make it to pick up.
We are located in the old brewery warehouse between Arcade Street and Payne Ave on the East side of St. Paul. Look for the Everest LLC street sign. The building has a large LEASING sign on it, which can be clearly seen from the street. We are on the second floor.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available.
