Note this is a special 2 day pick up. The hours on Thursday and Friday will be from 9 am to 7 pm. WE are a well oiled machine and we expect pick up to be busy, but you won't be inconvenienced by a lack of organization. Many of these items are some what heavy and we encourage you to bring your own muscle for those extra heavy items. We have a 2 wheeler onsite for use to help load.
K-bid is the dealer of record for the items with titles.
Inspection can be done ahead of the auction close. WE are located only blocks from the physical location of the items and have unrestricted access to the building. A call ahead assures us all that our schedules will mesh.
Directions: go six tenths north at Casey's on US Hwy 10. We are the building with the cedar shakes and green trim on the west side of the street, next to the cafe and across from the US post office.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We will be happy to ship your auction items for an additional $5.00 handling fee per box. We will do our best to limit boxes by shipping as large as reasonably possible. Spee Dee does not penalize for over sized boxes until insane size. Call ahead with questions. Some items on this sale are obviously too large. Call with payment information on Thursday and Friday April 13 & 14.
Our preferred method of shipping is through Spee-Dee, otherwise we utilize the most economic service alternative available for your area. We have a discount through UPS that can ship beyond the Spee Dee delivery area.
