This auction contains a fully operational Direct to Digital, X-Ray Imaging Machine located in Edina.
The imaging machine is located in a warehouse in Edina, near 70th and France, and will be loaded out there. Exact address will be given at time of inspection or at time of payment. Inspection and load out by appointment ONLY. Call Michelle with questions, to make an inspection appointment or to make payment and load out appointment 952-920-8922. This auction will close on Tuesday, March 21st. The winning bidder will pay in person or by telephone. Payment will be accepted at the ABI Warehouse located at 3250 Gorham Ave. in St Louis Park, MN. 55426. At the time of payment you will make and appointment for load out. Load out can be scheduled for Monday through Friday from 9-4 pm. LOAD OUT MUST BE COMPLETED BY END OF DAY ON FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST. THERE IS NO ONSITE LOADING HELP AND NO EQUIPMENT TO LOAD THIS ONTO YOUR VEHICLE. YOU MUST BRING ALL DOLLIES, HAND TRUCKS, WRAPPING MATERIALS AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT NEED TO GET THIS FROM THE GROUND INTO OR ONTO THE BED OF YOUR VEHICLE. THE GENERATOR AND COMPUTER STATION ARE ON WHEELS, BUT THE WALL SYSTEM IS NOT ON WHEELS, IS BULKY, AWKWARD AND HEAVY. PLEASE BE PREPARED.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
