This is a once in a life time auction that will not be repeated. this entire Inventory is being closed out to make room for a new line of inventory.
SPECIAL TERMS NOTE: We are selling "by the lot" not "by the piece". We go to great trouble to accurately count and list every item to give you the best buying information we can, however we do not guarantee the counts. If the exact count on a lot is important to you, come and inspect and do your own counts. You are buying however many is in the "lot". If we say the count is approximately 360 and it turns out to be 358 pieces we will not issue a credit for the difference. The inspection periods are your times to inspect the items and inventory counts. All items are new in the box distributor stock.
Note: this is in a multi-story building that requires coordination for removal. You cannot just "show up" on removal day as you will be turned away. All item are stored on floors that require the single small freight elevator to bring to the main floor. As the buyer you need to make arrangement one day ahead so we can bring your purchases up to the loading dock. We will palletize your purchases for $25.00 per pallet and you can call your truck line. We cannot ship for this auction.

REMOVAL: Special removal terms apply. You must call ahead by at least one day to allow us to bring your purchased items to the loading dock. This is a multi story building with only one small freight elevator. This auction is over 40 pallets of merchandise total or between 1-1/2 and 2 truckloads so it will take some coordination. If you just 'show up" without prior removal arrangements we will turn you away and schedule an appointment. We don't need to know the "exact time" you will show up but morning or afternoon of a given day and we'll have your purchases at the loading dock. You may not leave boxes or pallet wrap, but you may leave pallets. Building closes PROMPTLY at 4:00 p.m. and we won't take removals showing up after 3:30 p.m. so plan to arrive accordingly. On Friday after the auction we ask small purchasers of 10 lots or less. If you buy 11 plus lots we ask you come the following week.

At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction. We will palletize your purchases at a rate of $25.00 per pallet and you can arrange for a LTL truck carrier of your choice or send your own truck. We are either door high building or ground loading. Allow two extra days for palletizing.
