Earnest money is $3,000.00 non-refundable in certified funds due upon signing purchase agreement, closing on or before October 15th, 2014. Earnest money will be credited to buyer funds at title closing. Winning bidder party MUST meet seller's broker on Tuesday, Sept. 16th, 2014 AT THE SALE property to sign the purchase agreement prior to 4 pm. Property is being offered AS IS without any contingencies. City of Minneapolis Truth in Housing inspection has been completed. All repairs must be completed as required by City of Minneapolis Truth in Housing specifications.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
