This auction contains 3 trailer loads of surplus furniture from the Edina School System. You will be bidding on the entire contents of the 3 trailers. Winning bidder takes it all. All counts of inventory are approximate. We have included photos of some of the items you will be bidding on to give you an idea of the type and quality of items are contained in the trailers. We believe that most all of the items are in usable condition.

One 53 foot trailer and two 48 foot trailers are located Bester Bros. 240 Hardman Ave. So. in South St. Paul 55075. Phone is: 651-451-1018 and speak with Brian.
If you are the winning bidder you have 2 choices regarding removal.
1. You will need to come to our warehouse in St Louis Park on Thursday, October 19th between 9 am and 5 pm to pay your invoice. At that time you will set up an appointment for removal which must be completed by Friday, October 27th at 4PM. Removal must be completed by you and your team of helpers in one day. Whatever day you designate, you have only that day to remove the contents of the trailers and get the merchandise off the property. Make sure you have enough help and a large enough vehicle to accomplish this goal in one day. There will be absolutely no one on site to assist you with this and NO exceptions will be made to the load out schedule.
2. You will need to come to our warehouse in St Louis Park on Thursday, October 19th between 8-5 to pay your invoice for the auction. At that time you will set up an appointment for delivery to your location which must be completed by Friday, October 27th, 2017. For a fee of $ 315.00 Bester Brothers can deliver these full trailers to your facility (if you are within 25 miles of the Bester Bros. Facility) and they will pick up the empty trailer at the end of the day, or the next morning. This price covers only delivery and removal of the trailers, no labor is included. .
If you would like the trailers delivered, but your location is further than 25 miles from their So.St Paul location, please call them for a quote. If you would like Bester Brothers to unload the trailers for you, at your location, call them for a quote.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
