Just in case you missed out on our last tool auction, here is another chance to get some great quality tools, air compressors, generators, pressure washers, hand and power tools, equipment, automotive and recreational vehicles accessories, and more. These are new items that were on display for just a few days at a National Trade Show. Let me stress that these are "not returns"!

Pick up date and time is not flexible. If you are unable to have the item picked up during the scheduled removal date and time, please do not bid. If you choose to pay in advance of the scheduled pick up/removal time and fail to have the item picked up during the scheduled time, you forfeit both the monies paid and the item.
Assistance with loading is not available. Bring the necessary equipment, vehicle, and manpower needed to load the item.
Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties unless noted. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. All sales final. No Refunds.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed in addition to K-bid user terms.
Important Note: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-Bid and the affiliate reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine the winning bid was not bona-fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bidder.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping for smaller items can be arranged for a handling fee of $10.00 per package and actual shipping charges. We use USPS Priority Mail boxes as best option for tools due to set rate for package size regardless of weight up to 70 pounds. No shipping on large items or items that will not fit in a USPS Priority Mail box. Payment for shipping must be paid in advance or items will not be shipped.
If you choose to pay for your item(s) online prior to the scheduled pick up/removal date and fail to have the item picked up/removed during the scheduled time, you will forfeit all monies paid and the item. All sales are final, no refunds.
