This auction contains a walk in cooler/freezer. The NSF item is clean, in great condition and has all of the mechanical components mounted on top of the cooler rather than on the rooftop. The cooler will need to be disassembled by you and removed from it's current location within 14 calendar days of the auction closing date. When you pay your invoice ON JULY 18TH, in person or by telephone, you will discuss your removal plan with us and we will let the business owner know the details. You may want to arrange an inspection, prior to purchase, to get an idea of what will be required by the winning bidder in order to be fully prepared remove the item in an orderly and timely fashion.

The bakery and restaurant equipment from this seller is currently online but located at our facility in St Louis Park. The k-bid auction title is ABI 450.
