This auction is contracted and managed by Olde Glory Auction Services, LLC. By placing a bid on this auction you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. If you are the winning bidder you agree to pay for the item in full, including any shipping and handling charges that may occur. Further, you agree to pick up or have the item shipping to you at your expense.
Types of Payments Accepted: We accept all major Credit Cards, Cashier's Checks, Cash, Good Checks and Money Orders. Olde Glory Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse payment if Money Order of Cashier's Check is from a non-recognized financial institution.
Return and Warranty Policy: Everything listed on this site is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied, and no returns or refunds. All efforts will be made on the part of the seller to inspect the merchandise before placing online and any defects that are noticed will be listed, but the seller and/or any consignors do not insure or warrant anything offered for sale on this site. You are responsible for inspecting items before making the purchase.
For auctions contracted by an independent affiliate, K-BID Online, Inc. is acting as a venue only and will not be involved in any disputes or issues regarding this auction. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with Minnesota law, irrespective of its conflicts of law provisions, to the extent that Federal law does not apply. Buyer agrees that any claim, conflict, disputes or issues relating to this auction that cannot be settled between the parties shall be brought in State court or competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota. Buyer consents to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Minnesota. Buyer waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue and any defense claiming lack of jurisdiction or improper venue in any action brought in such courts.

There is a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM (13% BP) on this auction. All NON-Credit/Debit Card payments MADE IN-FULL (invoiced amount) will receive a 3% Reduction in BUYERS PREMIUM (10% BP).
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping Policy: All items must be PAID FOR IN FULL (including any shipping and handling charges) before the merchandise will be released or shipped - no exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping, packaging materials and handling charges - no exceptions. There is a minimum of $3.00 charged for handling and materials on all shipping. All handling charges, costs of shipping materials and shipping charges will be detailed to the buyer prior to shipping.
We utilize UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service for all shipments. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate shipping for your products. The buyer acknowledges and accepts that Olde Glory Auction Services, LLC is not responsible for any damage or lost shipments. Buyer will be provided with a tracking number and will be responsible for tracking the shipment.
Freight deliveries will be made by common carrier and buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred for common carrier freight.
It is recommended that buyer purchase insurance for shipments of any value.
Any items not paid for (including all applicable shipping and handling charges) will be treated as abandoned after 3 business days.
