This auction has a selection of recreational items. There is a pick up truck, 2 trail bikes, a Glaspar boat and motor with trailer, and a large, well built, backyard tree house fort style play set. Several of the items have original paperwork and manuals.
INSPECTION AND REMOVAL WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT. The merchandise is located in Coon Rapids near Mercy Hospital. Location will be disclosed for inspection appointments and to the winning bidders. Payment and title work will be handled at our warehouse at 625. St Louis Street, Suite 7, Hopkins, MN 55343.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
