Wow! What a home. This SMOKE FREE , CHILD FREE couple took great care of everything that they had. I can't imagine the fanfare at Christmastime, but I can assure you that it was the best holiday party in town. If I had just 1% of the festive decor offered in this auction I might transform into Santa Claus himself. But don't stop there, the furniture is beautiful and the china is divine. So rare is it that I encounter such beautiful sets with no chips or scrathes! Have fun bidding folks, the lots are too good too be true!
Pickup/Removal: All items must be removed from the premises during designated time frame. BRING ASSISTANCE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
