With the end of summer and the start of fall we present a selection of lawn and camping items to enjoy the cooler weather. We have two Weber grills, one gas and the other charcoal; with them is a Weber smoker. All are in nice condition along with assorted grilling tools. There is also two Big Daddy jumbo folding chairs that have to be seen as they stand over five and a half feet tall. There is also three lots of outdoor gear that includes Coleman stoves, a Gerber Gator machete, three gun holsters, two Uncle Mike's Sidekicks, and more. We also have a three piece set of Samsonite luggage in very nice condition for the coming holiday travel season. Lastly we have a selection of yard tools that covers everything from garden hand tools to Echo brand gas powered leaf blowers and weed whacker. Plus much more.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
