Load out for this auction is Thursday, Oct 3 from 9 until noon. Please pay on Wednesday, October 2nd by phone (CALL MICHELLE @ 612-819-7859) or online. I will call the school on Thursday morning, before 9 am, and let the school know who has paid for their merchandise. On Thursday morning go directly to the Sunnyfield Rd address on you paid invoice. When you get to the school call PHIL 612-685-6634 Tell him your location in the parking lot. He will tell you what door to drive to for loading. IF YOU GO TO THE SCHOOL AND HAVE NOT PAID YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
